Silicon Valley Regional Center (SVRC)

What does SVRC do?

SVRC’s main function is to develop high quality commercial real estate and achieve the job requirements of the EB-5 program in order for investors to obtain permanent residency. SVRC will provide each investor with the opportunity to partake in any of the current EB-5 projects.

SVRC will oversee the entire investment process for each foreign investor. Consequently, the investor does not have the burden of researching, planning or setting up the business as the investment project is already in place. SVRC will coordinate all aspects of the investment project from determining the location, planning and entitlements to funding, construction and securing tenants. SVRC will also make sure that each investor meets the job requirements as set forth by the USCIS.

The ultimate ambition of SVRC is to ensure that each foreign investor qualifies to obtain a green card as a result of their investment. For that reason, SVRC will guide each investor through the immigration process ensuring that each requirement is met throughout the process. By accepting the initial investment, SVRC commits to executing the job-generating EB-5 investment project throughout its lifetime, from beginning to end. Based on the size, scope and stability of the development projects, SVRC will easily achieve all job requirements.

SVRC offers investors a full range of additional services not typically offered though other regional centers. SVRC will also help with all aspects of the investor’s relocation to the U.S.
